Chin ups. We all know about chin ups.

I hate them which must mean they're good, right? Smile

Arms, lats, but where they get me most is elbow flexors, right at the bottom of the movement.

Lying on your back Leg Raises. All the way up but not bringing down to the floor, about an inch off. Works especially well if someone is stood over you to push your feet away- killer!

After that i'd have to say good old fashioned press-ups.

    Fave:

Press ups on knuckles with elbows tucked in tight so they
brush ya ribs on the way up and down this gets your Pec's and Triceps.

    Hate:
Split Squats, start in a lunge position, so left knee bent and right knee on the ground,
Jump and while you jump alternate legs so that you end up squating on one leg at a time.
DO NOT let your knee hit the floor. FEEL THE BURN Smile

I guess these don't fit in here exactly as they are bodyweight exercises - but using someone-else's bodyweight

    1. Dead lifts
Have partner lie face down - flat on the floor
Stand over them - one leg either side of their waist
Bend down and scoop your arms under them - and clasp hands together (bear hug style)
Then stand up - performing a kind of dead lift to lift them up to a verticle position in front of you
Continue up as far as you can as though about to perform and belly-to-back su-plex
Then lower them back down to the start position - repeat

I'm sure it has a name - but I was always too knackered to remember what it was called in my wrestling days :-)

    2. Piggy-back squats
Have your partner jump into a piggy-back position
Make sure they are wrapped around tight - legs and arms tied in
    Perform deep squats

    2a) Piggy-back get-ups
As per exercise 2 - but lower all the way down until you are on your hands and knees - then get back up to a standing position
    repeat

    Have fun :-)

But I agree with Davey - Burpees, with a squat and a press-up are the absolute killer
Especially if you throw a chin-up at the end of each one - just for badness

Personal favourites, especially when you have little time on hands:

A Mo Teague special that is now part of my sadomasochistic bread and butter
    Squat-thrust back/pres-up/squat-thrust forward/jump and catch overhead bar/pull-up/drop and repeat

Kettle-bell style press and clean with added squat

Bag climbing - technically part of the bag workout, but also great as a mobile and static exercise for practicing strengthening the guard, chokes and grips

Cross choke pull-ups with the gi - a real bugger for stability

Press-up and strike - straight palms/punches with or without build-ups
Side oblique raise and strike - hooks etc.
