Its just a thought i had.If i pull a muscle, how would i know whether to treat it with cold treatment or warm? I tend to use tiger balm on everything, mainly because i love the smell, and it feels like im doing the right thing.

Hi Esther
I'm not really qualified to answer this but my home remedy for a pulled muscle is usually...
Heat to aid circulation and repair to the area, followed by cold to take down the swelling.
It's worked for me in the past, but could be completely wrong
I used to have a sport physio session once a week which helped keep any minor pulls and strains under control too - so regular physio should be considered.
;-)
