I've been going through this over the weekend.
A brilliant book, Lito (many will remember from the GT forum) really knows his stuff. This book contains not only technical information but also some history, rules and a rundown of illegal moves, the techniques are laid out in A-Z fashion, well explained and superbly photographed with the addition of the authors insights to each technique this is an excellent text.
Wether you want to pick up a few moves, get a better understanding of the fights you see on TV or just have a good read I recommend this book.
