Self Protection for women children and the less abled?

A lot of sites cater for the super fit or already tough guys.

I have some female students and Children too.

what Self Protection do you advise i teach them?

Gotta stick with the basics of Awareness, Assessment and Avoidance

Teach them how to spot trouble early, teach them the warning signs and also teach them how to be both more aware and less of a target (target hardening)

To be honest, this is what I would recommend to any group of people, tough guys or not!

I do teach them soft skills like that

but i was thinking of when the **** hits the fan

But any ideas about soft skills I may be unaware of them

I teach em the traffic light system which works for me and its better to run than confront etc

And about Ego especially with guys

But i mean there are a lot of hard skills on here and other boards but they are geared towards fit guys IMO

you gotta go with Al was saying, especially for kids..

they are not gonna get an effective right hook out when in adrenal stress, scratching, biting. screaming maybe .... it aint pretty but it works
