The fact we have a chat room at the bottom of the page
it is free to use, just scroll down on the main page to the bottom.
and log in, this will give you the ability to be able to chat real time with online users.

I hope it becomes a well received function, and one of the first of its kind on a self defence forum. make use of it guys, its what its there for.
