Anyone find after training they are so pumped and the sessions don't finish until late that when you finally get home you can't get to sleep until the early hours. Then the alarm clock goes off in the morning and your just shattered!

Well I've found the cure, I listen to the Backstreet Boys....by the 2nd song I'm in deep slumber!
Try it, bet it works!!!! LOL
